Can I rent out my home while living abroad?
Yes. We handle viewings, agree the tenant and terms with you, sign the contract within the authority you grant us and arrange the key handover. At your instruction, we can hand funds to your designated person against a written receipt or arrange a transfer to the agreed bank account. We discuss the documents, authorization and payment arrangements in advance.
When do I pay the commission?
For tenancy of 12 months or more — only after the tenant is found, the terms are agreed and the transaction is ready for signing. The commission is 50% of the value of one month.
What happens on a 2-4 month lease?
In the basic scheme, the owner pays no commission and the tenant commission is available on request. Another scheme can be agreed before work starts.
Guarantee the ideal tenant?
Not. We reduce uncertainty: we clarify the term, the people who will live, the budget and the important conditions, then we fix the agreements in the contract. The decision on the candidate remains with the owner.
Does the electronic deed replace the contract?
Not. The deed completes the contract and documents the actual condition of the home, goods, meters and keys at the time of handover.
How is payment confirmed?
The tenant or owner indicates the period, amount and method. The other party confirms the profile registration. It's a shared agreement history, not a bank statement.
How long are documents kept?
Access to contracts and electronic documents is kept for at least 90 days after the end of the lease. Some records may be kept longer if required by law or to protect the rights of parties.
