1. Our service
LBV helps people find housing, contact the parties, prepare contracts and document property condition. Prices, fees and services are described on the Services and fees page and in transaction documents.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your Telegram or email account. Do not share sign-in links or access to contracts with others.
3. Listings and viewings
We aim to check that listings are current and verify basic property details. Photos and descriptions do not replace an in-person viewing. The final terms are set out in the agreement between the parties.
4. Contracts and SafeRent
The electronic SafeRent handover report supplements the rental contract. Both parties must check names, terms, inventory, meter readings and photos before confirming. The QR code opens the current version but is not, by itself, a signature.
5. Utility calculator
The calculator uses the readings and rates you enter. Check rates and the bill against the provider’s information before paying.
6. Acceptable use
Do not access the site without authorization, bypass restrictions, collect data automatically without permission, impersonate others, publish unlawful material or infringe others’ rights.
7. Liability
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Limits of liability do not apply where the law prohibits them.
8. Changes and contact
