When is there no tenant commission?
For rentals of 12 months or more, the LBV commission for tenants is not charged. Rent, deposit and utilities are paid separately under the contract.
Can I rent for a shorter period?
Yes. Tell us your dates and budget — we will help you find suitable options and agree on the terms in advance.
Does the condition report replace the rental contract?
No. It supplements the rental contract and documents the actual condition of the home. The method of signing and confirmation is stated separately for each document.
How can the condition report help with the deposit return?
Existing defects, inventory, appliance models, meter readings, keys and photos are recorded. Both parties have the same factual record from the start.
How does payment confirmation work?
One party enters the payment type, period, amount and method. The record is confirmed after the other party agrees. SafeRent records this mutual confirmation; it does not replace a bank statement or tax receipt.
Do you guarantee temporary protection?
No. We explain the process and help prepare and submit the application. The decision belongs to the competent public authority.
Can I request a personal selection?
Yes. We take into account the deadline, budget, area, family, animals and other important preferences.
Can I ask only for relocation help or a local errand?
Yes. We can connect you with trusted carriers, pet document specialists and cleaning teams. By prior agreement, we can receive belongings in Chisinau, carry out an errand or hand your remotely sent advance to the landlord against a written receipt. We discuss the terms and cost in advance.
Can I rent out my property while abroad?
Yes. We agree on the rental terms, authority for signing the contract and how the money will be handed over: to your designated person or by bank transfer. Contact us to discuss your property and the local help you need.
How long are documents kept?
Access to contracts and documents is available for at least 90 days after the end of the tenancy. Longer retention is described in the privacy policy.
